Templeton Group provides independent project management services to industry that will insure your products will be manufactured to your specifications and tolerances. Regardless of product or vendor, we can establish professional cooperation and oversight with your Far East factory and create a unique quality control program to identify and eliminate chronic and occasional product quality issues. The net objective is to lower your cost of goods and improve your customer satisfaction.

Templeton Group manages our project with our own staff as well as with select independent (contracted) quality assurance companies. Templeton Group’s vendor base has been carefully selected and our business relationships developed over many years of mutual support and cooperation. Our vendors are among the most qualified in their respective fields and many are certified for QS9000 quality documentation.

Quality control process

Templeton Group understands that cost of goods is the only real measure of actual product value. We bring to each customer our extensive experience in OEM automotive manufacturing where PPM (parts per million) is the measure determining successful quality manufacturing. In this extremely demanding production environment, the rule for any design or manufacturing process is one of constant improvement; the theory that there is no part or process that cannot be improved in construction or manufacturability.

To anyone familiar with mass production of any product, the key to consistent quality is process control and proper documentation, before and after each process. Templeton Group has extensive experience in US OEM automotive speaker manufacture where defects rates are measured in parts per million. Manufacturing on this level requires close attention to engineering specifications and thorough process documentation. Our background provides our company with a unique perspective on manufacturing consumer and industrial products.

Factory complex

Templeton Group provides full logistics and shipping services to those customers who require outside administration. We can arrange for shipments to be picked up at the factory location for transportation to the closest port of departure and follow thru to delivery at your warehouse or facility. We can work with our own freight forwarders or any forwarder preferred by our customer. Templeton Group handles all Customs documentation and all shipping arrangements with speed and efficiency.

Templeton Group maintains two offices in both North and South China with multilingual staff and provides communications services to our customers or to others by independent contract. Templeton Group can provide accurate translation of documents, liaison services and professional negotiation. We have experience in setting up foreign representative offices or independent companies in Far East countries. For those requiring such services we can offer expertise in these areas on either a one time basis or by long term contract.
